One-on-ones
A series of private one-on-one sessions with Julia will ensure you are performing exercises correctly and efficiently in order to maximise results.
If your form when exercising is not correct, then you are at increased risk of injury as well as not achieving your goals. Everybody is different, and that means everyone’s abilities and requirements are different – this could be anything from having an old injury that requires special exercises, to having a phobia that may impact on where or how you work out. Casual payments or 10-trip cards are available for classes.
PT session pricing is dependant on length of session and how many participants.
Group and corporate session prices can be provided on application.
Payment options are offered for students, solo parents and seniors.
