Our group classes are fun and effective for all fitness levels. From short high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to more low-impact and strength-based workouts, there’s something for everyone and they’ll all leave you feeling great.

High intensity workout including a series of bodyweight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete

30-minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility, and cardiovascular efficiency

Speed, agility and quickness – an intense workout routinely done by football, soccer and basketball players in order to increase explosiveness and footwork, which can also be adapted for any fitness level

Julia’s all time favourite workout, this is a perfect way to push your workout to the next level with a number of cardio and strength conditioning exercises that are guaranteed to sculpt your muscles, as well as improve your agility and overall fitness levels. The godfather of all things Metafit, MetaPRO has three aspects:

  • MetaPRO12 – true HIIT for time-poor clients
  • MetaPROPT – when you need some one-on-one PT coaching and tips on developing good full range and improving technique
  • MetaPROSAQ – advanced workout that measures your speed, agility and quickness in a series of exercises and training drills.

All the MetaPRO classes work well with sports teams, small groups, large groups, individuals and all ages.

A combination of multiple methods of stretching, bodyweight exercises, muscle pain release and movement quality improvement. It’s not flexibility, but it involves being flexible. It’s not yoga, but it might incorporate some yoga type positions.

A great low-impact, leg-strengthening, butt-working, core-building, full-body fat-burning workout that’s all indoors!

A fun, low impact exercise class aimed at those with respiratory and breathing issues.

Prost-FIT is designed specifically for men living with prostate cancer, at any stage of diagnosis or treatment. Research has shown there are significant benefits gained from exercise that may both assist with recovery and delay advance of the disease. Involving both physical and cognitive elements, delivered in a supportive environment with an emphasis on fun and social interaction, Prost-FIT also offers camaraderie and opportunities for shared experiences.

Prost-FIT is accredited by the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ (PCFNZ) and delivered by trained registered exercise professionals. There are modest charges to attend the classes, however if the cost of attending Prost-FIT may cause undue hardship financial support is available.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. It emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s.

HIITLATES combines pilates and interval training to bring you a strength-building, fat-torching mat-based interval class to set you up for a fantastic endorphin filled day!

Seniors

For those who don’t fancy the high-intensity workouts, Heavenly Fitness offers friendly group workouts for seniors to help them stay strong and flexible.

Helps build up strength, free up flexibility, boost balance and enhance endurance. Now includes MoveFIT on Tuesday mornings.

While everyone can benefit from lifting weights, older adults can reap even greater benefits, giving you a stronger, healthier body. Having a strong body helps you avoid injuries, falls, pain and other issues associated with getting older. You will gradually lose muscle mass as you age if you don’t do anything to maintain it. When you keep or gain more muscle, you may actually live longer and you’ll certainly have a better quality of life. Silver Barbells is a great way for older adults to get started with strength training. The exercises focus on building total body strength with an emphasis on balance, stability and flexibility.

If your form when exercising is not correct, then you are at increased risk of injury as well as not achieving your goals. Everybody is different, and that means everyone’s abilities and requirements are different – this could be anything from having an old injury that requires special exercises, to having a phobia that may impact on where or how you work out. Julia will not only help you set realistic goals that are achievable, but will also keep you on track to hit those goals. Casual payments or 10-trip cards are available for classes.

PT session pricing is dependant on length of session and how many participants.

Group and corporate session prices can be provided on application.

Payment options are offered for students, solo parents and seniors.
